Meet Melody Montgomery
Director of Development
Melody is our newest addition to Big Brothers Big Sisters, joining our team in January 2019 and currently holding the position of Director of Development. She comes to us after 22 years in a banking operations career followed by 16 years in a non-profit operations career with a local healthcare organization.
Melody graduated from Cumberland Regional High School and is an alumnus of the Cumberland County College 2010 graduating class of Leadership Cumberland County. She attended Cumberland County College taking American Institute of Banking courses in Principles, Law & Banking and Accounting. She attended the University of Wisconsin/Wisconsin School of Business through the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and currently holds Professional Certifications in Fundraising Management, Planned-Giving, Major Gift Initiatives and the Campaign and Advanced Skills for Major Gift Success. Melody is also a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) Candidate.
