Cowtown is acclaimed for being a highlight in the professional rodeo circuit. Cowtown Rodeo features all seven rodeo events sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Come and join hundreds of cowboys and cowgirls as they compete in the traditional sport of the Old West. Refreshments are available at the rodeo and parking is free.

Location: From Route 49 in Millville turn onto Cedar Lane. This is Rt. 555. At next light, make left to still follow Rt. 555. Travel one mile and Rt. 555 turns right (NJ motor sports park sign). Continue to follow Rt. 555 approx. seven miles. Rt. 555 ends at Main Street (Rt. 553). Make a right onto Main Street. Follow approx. two and a half miles, Beaver Dam Boat Rentals on the left.
Beaver Dam Boat Rentals has been in operation since 1903. Nestled on the Oranokin Creek, it was once home to the Lenape Indians who prized this area for its rich abundance of crabs. Crabbing boats Canoes, Kayaks and tours are all available.

A comfortable, relaxing trip back in time when taking the train to the shore was an exciting and memorable experience. Enjoy the same experience today as you ride the original equipment operated in south Jersey by the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines, the Reading Company and the Pennsylvania Railroad. CAPE MAY SEASHORE LINES offers two excursion services. One is a 30 mile round trip between Richland and Tuckahoe. The other is a 12 mile round trip between Rio Grande and Cape May City. Both operations are on the former Reading Company’s steel speedway to the shore!

Location: Take Rt. 40 West through Woodstown. At the light on the west side of town, Rt. 40 makes a right turn. Turn right and continue on Rt. 40. Go straight through the next light. Cowtown Rodeo will be on your left. The Salem County Fairgrounds will be on the right, approximately 1/4 mile past Cowtown.
Events ranging from tractor pulls, to dog shows, the Circus, and concerts are scheduled at the Fairgrounds. Check the website for the schedule.
