Leah Sadler Joins Big Brothers Big Sisters as Program Manager

VINELAND, NJ – June 1, 2022:  Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties (BBBS) welcomes Leah Sadler to the team as program manager of the Mentor2.0 program. Leah, who graduated from Stockton University in 2020, is excited to use her education and prior experiences working in the non-profit sector to help the youth of the Mentor2.0 program.

“I understand the challenges the youth face when striving to pursue their potential. I am proud to be a first-generation college student and look forward to inspiring the next generation to look beyond their circumstances and work hard to reach their true potential,” Leah shared.

“We are so excited and pleased to have Leah on board,” said BBBS President and CEO, Donna Bennett. “Leah’s experience with the non-profit sector and with helping others makes her the perfect fit with us.”

While in college Leah co-founded the First Ospreys Club, a retention initiative that celebrates, supports, and prepares first-generation students to ensure successful completion of their undergraduate studies. The program aims to connect students to existing programs and resources and to promote a sense of belonging within the Stockton community.
