Cumberland & Salem Counties Represent South Jersey at the Big Brothers Big Sisters National Conference in Atlanta

The leadership team—Donna, Melody and Danielle—attended the Big Brothers Big Sisters National Conference in Atlanta this June, networking with agencies and BBBS staff throughout the country with a central theme in mind: “Big dreams. Bigger vision.” This theme reminds us of what is possible when we gather around a shared idea. The event showcased the passion, innovation and commitment that move our mission forward and change lives!

Big Futures Mentee Hodaliz attended along with the Leadership Team as a Youth Ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She joined a selection of young adults chosen from across the network to bring youth voice to the National Leadership and Network at the conference. They participated in conference events and held their own Leadership Conference focused on career and future planning. 

BBBS of America bestowed the Cumberland & Salem Counties chapter with the Board of the Year and Growth awards, which recognize outstanding leadership and community success, respectively. 2026 brought a remarkable amount of scholarships, graduations and services to our community, all made possible through the dedication of our members. We look forward to making an even larger impact in the years to come!
