Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties (BBBS) is happy to welcome Crystal Emeigh as a new Enrollment and Match Specialist for the Cumberland & Salem Counties agency. She will join the Enrollment and Matching team as they provide high-level customer service to interested students and adults.
As an Enrollment and Match Specialist, Emeigh will engage interested youth, parents/guardians, and volunteers and guide them through the enrollment process. Her job duties include interviewing youth and volunteers to ensure they are a good fit for the program and placing them in the right program option with the best possible match. She will provide quality care and support for our waiting Littles and their families as she works with the Big Brothers Big Sisters team to match them to great mentors.
Emeigh was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. She is married with a daughter, a son, and a granddaughter too. When not on the job in the community, she loves spending time with her family and friends, relaxing at home, working on home projects, going on adventures, and spending time outdoors. Emeigh has spent years volunteering in the community including working as a residential advocate and behavioral assistant. “I am excited to apply my experience to this role at Big Brothers Big Sisters and dedicated to helping this community grow and thrive. This is a great opportunity to pursue my passion,” Emeigh shared.
“We are so pleased to have another great defender of potential join our team in this role,” said BBBS president and CEO, Donna Bennett. “Crystal Emeigh has exemplified through her many accomplishments and will be a welcome addition to our staff.”
