United Way of Delaware Grants $10,000 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties

Vineland, NJ – November 21, 2022: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties (BBBS) recently received a $10,000 grant from the United Way of Delaware (UWDE) as part of the Investing in Salem County Awards Celebration on October 26, 2022, at The Inn at Salem Country Club. The grant will help BBBS fund its Woodstown High School Mentoring program.

“We want to thank the United Way of Delaware for the $10,000 grant that will help us continue our mentoring programs for the students at Woodstown High School and Mary Shoemaker School,” said Donna Bennett President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties. “The Investing in Salem County Awards event was an amazing event and we are so thankful for the continued support of the United Way of Delaware.”

The United Way of Delaware brings people and resources together to work through community issues and create change within such a community.
